Peach Almond Crisp

Ingredients:
5 C Organic frozen peaches, thawed
3/4 C Agave Syrup
3 T Ground Tapioca
1 t Cinnamon
5 oz Crumbs from toasted gluten-free almond rice bread


Directions:
  • Mix thawed fruit, agave syrup, ground tapioca and cinnamon.

  • Place ingredients in an 8" baking pan.

  • Bake until thick and bubbly, about 20 minutes.

  • Remove from the oven.

  • Combine the toasted crumbs with the crushed almonds and spread over the hot fruit.

  • Place the pan back in the oven and bake until the topping is lightly browned (approx. 10 min.).

Tip: This recipe can be prepared using 5 C of other fruit. If using berries, gently fold in with the other ingredients.
