Healthy Heart Exercise to Re-energize Your Day

Upper Back squeezes: Slide to the front edge of your chair. Bend forward resting your chest on your lap, let your straight arms hang towards the floor with the water bottles in your hands. Bend your elbows to bring the water bottles towards your arm pits, and squeeze your shoulders blades together. Slowly lower the water bottles towards the floor. 8-12 repetitions
