2 lbs. Turkey, ground
1/4 lb. Onion, chopped
2 tsp. Sage, ground
Pinch Salt
Pinch Pepper
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients.
- Divide into 1 1/3 oz portions. (The patties will cook down to 1 oz. each.)
- Shape into patties.
- Cook on the grill or in a non-stick skillet.
