Heart Healthy Recipe - Turkey Sage Sausage Patties

Ingredients:
2 lbs. Turkey, ground
1/4 lb. Onion, chopped
2 tsp. Sage, ground
Pinch Salt
Pinch Pepper

Directions:
  • Mix all ingredients.

  • Divide into 1 1/3 oz portions. (The patties will cook down to 1 oz. each.)

  • Shape into patties.

  • Cook on the grill or in a non-stick skillet.
