Healthy Heart Exercise to Re-energize Your Day

Air box/Arm pumps: Stand up and take a few jabs and punches at the air. Pump both of your arms over your head at the same time and then alternate them as if to punch the ceiling. Keep the arm muscles tight and try to increase the speed of your punches and pumps. 1–3 sets for 30 seconds.
