August Recipe of the Month

Lime Pots de Crème (6 servings)

1/3 Cup Key Lime Juice
1/2 Cup Fructose
4 Whole Eggs
1/2 Cup 2% Milk

Directions:
  1. Blend all items on high 2-3 minutes.

  2. Divide into six ramekins.

  3. Place ramekins in 2” full pan.

  4. Fill with hot water level to the crème.

  5. Bake 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

  6. Chill.
