Lime Pots de Crème (6 servings)
1/3 Cup Key Lime Juice
1/2 Cup Fructose
4 Whole Eggs
1/2 Cup 2% Milk
Directions:
- Blend all items on high 2-3 minutes.
- Divide into six ramekins.
- Place ramekins in 2” full pan.
- Fill with hot water level to the crème.
- Bake 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Chill.
