November Recipe of the Month


Deep Dark Chocolate Cake with White Chocolate
(Serves 4)

Ingredients:
1 3/4 Cups Unsifted Flour
2 Cups Sugar
3/4 Cup Cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
2 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Canola Oil
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Boiling Water
1 Cup White Chocolate Chips

Directions:
  1. Mix the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt).

  2. Add the eggs, milk, canola oil and vanilla extract. Mix until thoroughly combined.

  3. Mix in the hot water.

  4. Pour into an oil-sprayed 9 x 13 baking pan.

  5. Fold in white chocolate.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
