Deep Dark Chocolate Cake with White Chocolate
(Serves 4)
Ingredients:
1 3/4 Cups Unsifted Flour
2 Cups Sugar
3/4 Cup Cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
2 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Canola Oil
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Boiling Water
1 Cup White Chocolate Chips
Directions:
- Mix the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt).
- Add the eggs, milk, canola oil and vanilla extract. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Mix in the hot water.
- Pour into an oil-sprayed 9 x 13 baking pan.
- Fold in white chocolate.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
