Coconut-Scented Wehani Rice

Ingredients:
1 Cup Wehani Rice
2 Cups Water
1/4 Cup Light Coconut Milk
1 Tbsp Agave Nectar
1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut

Directions:
  • Combine all items in sauce pan.

  • Bring to a boil.

  • Reduce heat to a simmer and cook about 35-40 minutes until all moisture is absorbed.
