Coconut Chocolate Chip Macaroons

Ingredients:
1 Cup Shredded Coconut
1/4 Cup Fructose*, granulated
2 1/4 Tbsp Flour
Pinch Salt
1 1/2 Eggs
1/4 tsp Almond Extract
1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips

Directions:
  • Mix together first six items, blend well.

  • Add chocolate chips.

  • Drop by tablespoons onto lightly greased cookie pan and flatten dough.

  • Cook at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes until lightly browned around edges.

  • Enjoy!

*Fructose is available in health food stores. Can substitute regular sugar.
