Yield: About 16 oz Servings: 4 Serving Size: 4 oz
12.5 oz Soft Tofu
3 oz Dark Chocolate
1/3 Cup Cocoa Powder
1/4 Cup Boiling Water
1 T Orange Zest
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2/3 Cup Powdered Sugar
Directions:
1. Melt Dark Chocolate with Boiling Water.
2. Place all ingredients in food processor and puree until smooth.
3. Top with Fructose Candied Orange Zest.
